Work Together
Safely bring your team back to work with confidence. For high-performance organizations that rely on collaborative, in-person work, Ultra Air offers distributed UV-C air-disinfection solutions that deactivate viruses in virtually any office layout.

UV-C Commercial Air Disinfection
UV-C disinfection refers to using ultraviolet LED lights deactivate infectious particles in the air. Both the CDC and World Health Organization confirm that UV-C disinfection is the most effective at deactivating SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses. However, current commercially available products aren’t solving the whole problem.
Both Upper Room and HVAC-only solutions may inactivate contagions in the air, but not before they’ve been spread person-to-person as the air flows to and from HVAC sources. In addition, UV-C rays are harmful to humans, and some existing market solutions raise additional safety concerns.
“To a person sharing air in a room with someone with infectious COVID-19, there is little comfort in knowing that the air will be decontaminated only after it leaves the room.”
– Edward A Nardell, TIME Magazine
The Ultra Air Solution: Distributed Air Quality Systems
Ultra Air UV complements HVAC and surface-based sanitation systems by distributing localized air disinfection units throughout the workplace. Our pathogen-deactivating systems improve the quality of air between individual workspaces, reducing the spread of airborne contaminants as treated air flows from HVAC or purifier source vents to the air return.
For organizations relying on high-performance collaboration, an in-person team is crucial for creating a positive work culture, cultivating innovation and achieving maximum efficiency. Ultra Air enables you to bring your team back together safely with carefully distributed, continuous air disinfection systems.
Ultra Air UV products allow employers to breathe again, bringing their team back to collaboration with uncompromised safety.

Our Story
We’re a team of small business owners and engineers who set out to find a positive, proactive solution that would help us keep our doors open during the pandemic while also ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees going forward.
Even though the COVID quarantine is long over, not all of the professionals who were forced to work from home have been able or willing to shift back. While some companies flourished with the flexibility and other benefits of a remote workplace, many suffered a noticeable decline in company culture and overall employee performance.
- While we can attribute some of these effects to COVID, a recent study of Microsoft employees shows that remote working itself rather than other pandemic-related factors caused the largest effect.
- Remote work has a particularly negative impact on teams with high-collaboration needs, as most workers turn to less-effective means of communication when face-to-face is not available.
And that’s why our team is still working to bring people back to the office, safely.
